**CORONAVIRUS UPDATE**
22/02/21
With the government announcement all classes are still
temporarily closed until
further notice.
We have created videos to keep you motivated, go to our videos page and CLICK ON THE LINK.
It will take you to our you tube channel. ITS FREE! you don't need an ACCOUNT OR SUBSCRIPTION to watch. ENJOY!
Just to reassure all our clients we have introduced new protocols in class to improve our hygiene standards, they are as follows:
Handwashing/sanitising before class, all halls have handwashing facilities and hand sanitiser gel will be available but it would help everybody if people could bring their own.
handwashing/sanitising after use of equipment.
handwashing/sanitising at the end of class before consuming drinks and biscuits/cake/donuts!
In line with the government guidelines anyone who has travelled to an affected area or has been in close contact with an affected person is asked to self isolate for 14 days.
If they have had a new continuous cough or a high temperature stay at home for 7 days.
I would recommend anyone with a compromised immune system stay away from classes at the moment, this does include people with diabetes, lung conditions, anyone receiving treatment for cancer. Asthma sufferers may want to stay away as well, but if they do want to come they MUST have their inhalers with them. If you are fit, well and feel healthy then there is no reason not to come to class. It is still good to stay active and improve your mood with all this doom and gloom. However, I cannot say this strongly enough if you don't feel confident coming to class then please stay at home.
Any concerns please contact me

About Natalie
Hi, I’m Natalie, the trainer at Knightwood Gentle Exercise. I started the company in 2014, having been hand picked by a successful fitness instructor looking to retire who was seeking someone to continue her good work and take on her classes. I was thrilled at this opportunity and grabbed it with both hands. Since then we have seen those classes grow and I have also added additional sessions. My aim has always been to help people who might find traditional fitness classes overwhelming to enjoy regular exercise and expand their social circle. All my classes take place in a non-threatening, fun environment that is friendly to all, no matter what your physical ability. I believe that fitness is always more beneficial if you can find something you enjoy. I’m a friendly and down to earth girl, who aims to make each exercise session challenging but enjoyable.
Should you wish to contact me please use the details at the top of the page, I'm happy to discuss any questions you might have. |
